Chennai gets August slot in 2018 ARRC calendar
The calendar for the 2018 Asia Road Racing Championship has been revealed, with the Indian round moved to a new date in August.

The first round of the championship will take place at Thailand’s Chang International Circuit on the weekend of March 2-4, with traditional season opener Johor Circuit losing its place on the calendar.
The Malaysian circuit has been replaced by Australia’s The Bend Motorsport Park, which will host the second round of the championship from 19-22 April.
Japan’s iconic Suzuka Circuit retains its June slot, while the Indian round will now take place on the weekend of August 3-5.
Chennai’s Madras Motor Race Track will again be the venue of choice for ARRC, having taken over the reins from the Buddh International after just one year.
Indonesia’s Sentul Circuit will host the penultimate round of the season on October 12-14, while the championship will conclude at the Chang Circuit on the weekend of November 30-December 2.
