UPDATED KOOL/TOYOTA ATLANTIC CHAMPIONSHIP RESULTS / POINTS STANDINGS FOLLOWING MONTREAL EVENT
Please note the attached FINAL KOOL/Toyota Atlantic Championship results from Montreal and points standings following a time penalty assessed to Lee Bentham for jumping the start at Round 5 at Montreal, Que., on June 12, 1999.
Bentham's 45-second time penalty moved his finish at Montreal from FIFTH to EIGHTH, changing the finishing positions for Alex Gurney (now FIFTH), David Rutledge (now SIXTH), and David Besnard (now SEVENTH), along with prize money earned at Montreal.

NOTE: Earlier results showed Bentham with a 5th-place finish. Following his 45-second time penalty for jumping the start at Montreal, Bentham was dropped to an 8th-place finish. Gurney moved into 5th, Rutledge to 6th, and Besnard to 7th.
