Auto GP announces final 2014 schedule

The 2014 Auto GP schedule is ready to go. Eight rounds were confirmed for this season as well as the prize money set to be awarded to the top-3 runners of each weekend. There are no changes to report for the first four races, the first three of them scheduled jointly with the WTCC at Marrakech, Le Castellet and Budapest. Then, after the Monza round, the series will stay in Italy for another meeting at Imola in June.

Also, in addition to the confirmed round at Red Bull Ring in Zeltweg, there will be another pairing with the ELMS. The Auto GP series will join the endurance championship for its finale at Estoril, on the 19th of October. It will be the first time for the Coloni-promoted championship on the venue close to Lisbon, and a welcomed return to Portugal.

The penultimate round will be held at the traditional Nurburgring venue on the 17th of August, while the pre-season tests are set to take place on April the 1st and 2nd at Valencia.
