The Euroseries prepares for Silverstone

All the Euroseries 3000 circus will live a particular August weekend. It's not so common to have the chance to race good rivals and powerful cars on a speed temple like Silverstone. The series, promoted by Coloni Motorsport, is approaching the sixth race of the season, held where Formula One started its long adventure 56 years ago.

The drivers will divide their paddock with all the best F.1 legends racing in the GP Master Series. Nigel Mansell, Emerson Fittipaldi, Riccardo Patrese are only three of these great names. This and the British F3 Championship will be just another winning component, together with the typical attention and competence of English motorsport fans.

The Championsip is seeing the battle between Giacomo Ricci and Marco Bonanomi, Fisichella Motorsports team mates. Ricci kept himself trained by racing in the Maserati Trofeo Cup in Spa, while Bonanomi enjoyed the two last races of the Renault World Series V6. Vitaly Petrov will be also part of the show. After winning two manches in the last two events, he succesfully made his way in GP2, impressing in Hockeneim and Budapest, where he also reached an excellent 10th. Once again, the Euroseries 3000 showed its international level. Fully supported Lola cars, important teams, high-profile drivers: a fantastic mixture and a good base for the forthcoming show.
