Williamson, NY - Veteran NASCAR modified driver Jan Leaty and the rest of the Schum-Branich Motorsports team will partner with Ro-Zap Enterprises, Inc., South Glens Falls, NY, for the mid-September NASCAR Featherlite Modified Touring Series race at New Hampshire International Speedway (NHIS). Leaty's 2000 Troyer modified will carry the Ro-Zap logo for the event, as part of the one race sponsorship deal made with the auto transportation and delivery company.

The fall race on the one mile oval is expected to draw top modified drivers from all over the northeast. Earlier this summer, Leaty was one of three modified hotshoes to set a new track record at the Louden facility. In the 100 lap feature event, he was in the top five all day, led several laps, and ultimately finished sixth. He and the rest of the team are eager to return to NHIS.

Ro-Zap Enterprises is the parent company of Carriage Traders that began in 1981 as a small used car lot. The operation has grown and now employs over 150 people, and includes several departments, including retail and wholesale auto and truck sales, a full service auto service facility including a body shop, a heavy equipment repair center, and a vehicle transportation and delivery division. The transportation division boasts a fleet of high quality carriers and specializes in hauling vehicles for dealerships, auction establishments, and banks throughout the Northeast.

In addition to Ro-Zap, the team is supported throughout the racing season by several local businesses. The local sponsor roster includes Pace Electronics and Heluva Good Food Products, both of Sodus, NY, Parts Plus/Mr. Auto, of Ontario, NY, Gary Johnston RV Center, Palmyra, NY, Wayne Regional Orthopaedics, of Williamson, NY, with product support from Michael Boone Signs and NAPA Auto Parts, also of Sodus. Rochester, NY, area sponsors include Peck Collision, Kennedy and Schum, L. L. Huff Co., Inc. (all of Spencerport), and Horning Construction Co., Inc. (Rochester), with additional product support from Troyer Engineering (Rochester) and Swain Technical Coatings (Scottsville).
