Rising stars Seton and Brabham will partner Longhurst in the two-time Bathurst 1000 winner's brand new GT4-spec BMW at the 12 Hour next week, bringing three of Australia's top motor racing names together.

For Brabham it will be a 12 Hour debut, which comes 21 years after father Geoff and uncle David won the Bathurst 1000 in a BMW Super Tourer.

Seton has a couple Invitational class 12 Hour starts to his name, while Longhurst won the race when it was still a Production Car event back in 2009, and competed in a BMW GT3 car alongside Mark Skaife, Russell Ingall, and Timo Glock last year.

The car will be back by Longhurst's The Boat Works company, along with the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show.

“When we set up this team we were determined to do it right,” said Longhurst.

“We wanted everything first class and this partnership with the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show is a perfect fit.

“We look forward to the terrific exposure we can generate for the Sanctuary Cove event, but even more importantly the programme is a terrific way to bring so many elements and members of the marine industry together.

“This is a perfect example of a marine industry partnership which is much more than just a sticker on the side of a car. We have the opportunity to build some terrific experiences for all the stakeholders and their customers.”
