Phoenix locks down Bathurst line-up

Audi factory GT ace Vanthoor confirmed the news via his Facebook page, announcing that he and Winkelhock will team up with Davison for the 12 Hour.

“Bathurst here I come,” Vanthoor posted.

“I will be back with Phoenix Racing in the new Audi R8 LMS together with Winkelhock/Davison.

“Excited to go back to one of the best track in the world! And this year we don't want our party to be spoiled by a big Bentley or Godzilla.”

Vanthoor and Winkelhock are no strangers to the Mount Panorama circuit, having finished second at last year's 12 Hour after teaming up with Marco Mapelli in a Phoenix Audi.
