Pulcini took advantage of slipstream of pole-sitter Jack Aitken on the opening lap of the race, to pass the British driver at Les Combes.
The Renault academy driver subsequently ran wide at Bruxelles, allowing Drivex’s Ferdinand Habsburg to move up to second place.
However, Aitken stuck to the rear of Habsburg, repassing the Austrian driver on lap three. The RP Motorsport driver then set about a challenge on race leader Pulcini, but never closed enough to make a manoeuvre.
Pulcini as a result was able to take a comfortable victory to extend his advantage at the top of the standings.
Behind the top three runners, Diego Menchaca took fourth place, with Carlin’s Colton Herta finishing fifth, having passed Julio Moreno at the Bus Stop chicane.
Tanart Sathienthirakul was sixth on the road following a spin at Pouhon, with the aforementioned Moreno finishing seventh.
Teo Martin Racing’s Tatiana Calderon was classified a strong eighth, having leapfrogged into the top 10 by the end of the opening lap.
Behind Calderon, Igor Walilko and Damiano Fioravanti completed the top 10.
