The Formula 1 event, part of the 2017 F1 World Championship, will be held June 9, 10 and 11 at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Montreal. This year's edition will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Canadian Grand Prix.
Located in the Senna Corner after the start/finish line, Grandstand 11 has always been one of the most popular spots to watch the action. Race organizers have also announced that Trio packages will once again be available for purchase starting next Monday, February 20. These tickets allow race fans to catch all the racing action from three different grandstands over the three days of the event.
“Celebrating 50 years of F1 in Canada, new spectacular and faster cars, and of course the arrival of one of our own to the World Championship: Lance Stroll. These are greatly enjoyable circumstances, which have led to a positive influence on our Ticket Office”, said François Dumontier, President and CEO of Octane Racing Group Inc.
About the Trio packages, Dumontier said “I find it quite flattering that other Grands Prix have adopted this concept that we have popularized here, in Canada.”
A limited number of Trios will be on sale until March 31, inclusively.
Here is the price structure of the Trios:
The “GOLD” Trio - $525, Friday: Grandstand 12 (Senna Corner), Saturday: Grandstand 15 (Hairpin), Sunday: Grandstand 1 (across from the pits).
The “SILVER” Trio - $465, Friday: Grandstand 15 (Hairpin), Saturday: Grandstand 1 (across from the pits), Sunday: Grandstand 12 (Senna Corner).
The “BRONZE” Trio - $285, Friday: (exit of the Hairpin), in Grandstand 31 (Island Bridge), Sunday: Family Grandstand (Canada Pavilion).
Fans who wish to purchase grandstand or general admission tickets can call the Ticket Office of the F1 Canadian Grand Prix at 514-350-0000 or 1-855-790-1245, daily from 9 am to 8 pm.
