Is Leclerc's promotion to Ferrari a sign it's losing faith in Sebastian Vettel's ability to deliver a title? Consider that Ferrari had Alonso driving for it for five years and now Vettel for four seasons. Between them they've won six world championships, but with Ferrari neither won a single one.
