Sebastian Vettel made it two from two with a well judged drive in Bahrain – holding on to soft tyres that were well past their best to beat Valtteri Bottas to a thrilling finish at Sakhir .

After a pretty dull race in Australia that prompted fears about a lack of thrills in F1 this year, the Bahrain race was brought alive thanks to some intriguing tyre strategy.
