MIAMI (March 10, 2015) -- Motorsport.com continues to add to its impressive motor sports online media portfolio as the company today announced it has signed exclusive territorial rights to the popular online video program, “Inside Grand Prix”.
A natural choice for Motorsport.com to expand into vertical channels.
Scott Sebastian, vice-president of public relations and marketing
Produced by RTV Film & Television, “Inside Grand Prix” presented by Motorsport.com (www.motorsport.com/tv) will take viewers inside the world of Formula One racing featuring interviews with your favorite drivers and personalities, and upcoming race preview. Editions are presented prior to every Grand Prix and remain available on demand at Motorsport.com.
The agreement includes full territorial exclusivity for North America. The project marks the first online video series for Motorsport.com to the world’s most important motor racing series.
Part of a strategic approach
Today’s announcement is the first step in Motorsport.com’s strategic approach in housing the largest motor sports video library in the world.
“As we continue to produce the world’s premier online motor sports content, it was a natural choice for Motorsport.com to expand into vertical channels and provide our viewers additional coverage of motor sports,” said Scott Sebastian, vice-president of public relations and marketing, Motorsport.com. “'Inside Grand Prix' presented by Motorsport.com will be the 'must have' for Grand Prix enthusiasts as they get ready for some of the greatest racing in the world."
