Ferrari SF70H, side cooling detail
The cooling panel beside the cockpit helps to evacuate latent heat generated within the sidepod. This image shows the louvred panel used by Ferrari in order to best extract the heat without serious aerodynamic consequences.
Ferrari SF70H, side
The two Ferrari drivers tested differing configurations in FP1 as they prepare their cars for the race weekend ahead. Vettel sports a floor with six slots ahead of the rear wheel, the latter being an L-shaped slot.

Raikkonen's car is set up with a floor that features only five slots ahead of the rear wheel, the latter being an L-shaped slot.
Ferrari SF70H diffuser detail
Vettel’s car has been set up with the diffuser used in the latter part of the season, complete with the complex winglet stack on the upper, outer corner.
Ferrari SF70H diffuser detail
Raikkonen's car has been outfitted with a new diffuser, as the team experiments with an entirely new solution, gathering data ahead of the introduction of its new car in 2018. The diffuser follows a trend seen elsewhere up and down the pitlane, whereby the detachable Gurney tabs form the outer walled section of the diffuser.
Williams FW40 rear suspension and rear wing
Seen in this shot are the Williams' twin level T-wings, paired floor strakes ahead and beside the rear tyre, rear suspension and narrow coke bottle bodywork.

Car of Valtteri Bottas, Mercedes AMG F1 W08
The Mercedes W08 is outfitted with two Kiel probe arrays mounted behind the front wheels, collecting airflow data from the front wing and wake generated by the front tyre.
Ferrari SF70H with rear sensors
Ferrari has fitted a Kiel probe array to the floor ahead of the rear tyre on Kimi Raikkonen's car in order to evaluate a new diffuser design.
Car of Daniel Ricciardo, Red Bull Racing RB13
A pair of Kiel probe arrays are mounted behind the front wheels of the RB13 as the engineers study the airflow from the front wing and wake generated by the front tyres.

The serrated windscreen on the W08 reduces buffering to the driver's helmet.
