Daniel Ricciardo hasn't had the smoothest of starts to life outside of Red Bull in the 2019 Formula 1 season, with his new Renault team showing little sign of breaking clear of the midfield as was expected. Ricciardo has retired from both races and has faced a tough challenge from teammate Nico Hulkenberg, while Renault has on average only been the eighth fastest team on the grid over the first two weekends.
