The 2020 F1 calendar, in its original form, was decimated by the COVID-19 pandemic and left Formula 1 scrabbling around to get a full season of races together. But that has afforded F1 the chance to stitch together a run of classic, much-missed and never-before-visited circuits. The mix of venues that now form the calendar could lead F1 into something of an unexpected golden year.
