News at the eve of Misano

Novelties from RP Motorsport that will line up, together with the Dallara F309 given to Kevin Ceccon, a F305 in the hands of Biagio Bulnes, entered in the CSAI Cup.

This operation follows the policy focused on young drivers of the team manager Fabio Pampado, who does not hide to aim at the Italian Championship, despite without aiming at the victory.

Riccardo Cinti will defend Corbetta Competizioni's colors and is determined to get into the classification top ten, while Gloria Pro Team, after the first points of its history obtained at Mugello, will try to increase the points in the classification.

Both races will be broadcast live by the satellite channel Nuvolari (SKY 218).

The Italian Formula 3 Championship is about to face the fourth round of the season at Misano. Last year, the duo battling for the title, Mirko Bortolotti (Lucidi Motors) and Edoardo Piscopo (Team Ghinzani won one each the two races in a red-hot season finale that was decided in the following round of Vallelunga.

Premises are no worse this year, with several news and four drivers fighting for the title. At BVM Target, the leader of the classification Daniel Zampieri, winner of a race in all the three rounds run so far, is determined to repeat himself in this occasion too and to strengthen his leadership. His team-mate Edoardo Liberati has good perspectives too after getting his first points a month ago at Mugello.

The first position in the classification is the objective of the ruling champion team Lucidi Motors and of Sergio Campana, currently second just eight points adrift. At his side, Marco Zipoli will work with the team, replacing in this occasion Giovanni Nava who retired due to some budget problems. Zipoli is currently fourth and has concrete ambitions to the title; the team's layout is completed by Francesco Prandi, who is looking for the podium after a constant improvement throughout the year.

Prema Powerteam will aim at the victory with both drivers: for Daniel Campos-Hull, presently third in the classification, a victory would be crucial to stay closer to the top of the classification, while Francesco Castellacci will hunt for the first victory of the season.

Novelty from Ghinzani's layout too: Salvatore Cicatelli, after the positive test performed last week, will drive for the team in race and will be determined to get back to the same levels of 2008 after a troubled season opening. Alessandro Cicognani has been confirmed and will be in search for some new points after the one harvested at Adria.

Alan Racing will test for the first time a partial aerodynamic update for the Mygale M-09 that could allow Pablo Sanchez Lopez to award the first victory in the championship to the French single seater. After free practice on Friday, team's technicians will decide whether the modifications will be used for the race. Angelo Fabrizio Comi will have to objective to get into points in an experience that is helping a lot his professional growth.

RC Motorsport will be present till the season end with two single seater after reaching an agreement during the week with Stephane Richelmi, positively impressed at the end of the weekend at Mugello. The team lead by Cristiano Giardina, after the victory in race two at Adria is looking for some further prestigious results, that could arrive both from Kamitsakis and Richelmi.
