First sessions of collective test in view of the 2011 season: lots of drivers for the Draco Team
Just finished the 2010 season of the World Series by Renault Championship, in the paddock the team immediately begin the firsts collective tests to view the new drivers on the track, with the cars still warm from the last race yesterday in Barcelona.
The collective test program for the Draco Team is like every year full of drivers from different categories, in order to be part of the Team Champion of 8 European Titles. In the Barcelona circuit Tuesday 12 October it will be the turn of Stephane Richelmi, Monaco's Driver of 20 years old, in 2010 ranked 2nd in the Italian Formula 3 championship with 4 wins. The next day, Daniel De Jong will take his place, 18 years old dutch, 9th this year in the Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0, on the podium in Motorland. In the second car there will be instead for both days Andre Negrao, 18 years old Brazilian, who was also in the Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0 championship in 2010 with a podium at Spa.
After a few days for the transfer, the Draco Team will be back on track the 18, 19 and 20 October at Alcaniz in Motorland circuit, for another session of collective test, with other important drivers. Monday 18 there will be the Italian driver Daniel Zampieri, who is part of the Ferrari Driver Academy and he has just finished his season in the category 3.5 of the World Series in the Cram Team. With him on track Dominic Storey, driver of 21 years from New Zealand. On October 19, Cesar Ramos, will go on track with Draco, he is a Brazilian driver currently leading the Formula 3 Championship in Italy. On 20 October instead the Draco Team will make a test with the driver sent by Renault.
