INTERVIEW OF THE TEAM MANAGER DRACO NADIA MORINI

The 2008 season of World Series Championship has just done the turning point and Draco Team is preparing to face the last 4 events of the year.

In the pause between the G.P. of Hungary and the G.P. of Nurburgring, Draco Drivers had the opportunity to train hard and to prepare themselves for the future competitions. The Belgian Driver B. Baguette has also been able to make several important tests with various formulas of great prestige, making progress and plans for his future career.

Many Draco Drivers have had the opportunity to draw attention to themselves in the major formulas and the Team includes in its history Champions of great success, just to mention a few names, Drivers of F.1 as R. Barrichello, F. Massa, P. Lamy, R. Zonta, E. Tuero, in Formula Indy B.Junqueira and in Official Tourism A. Farfus, who have chosen Draco to get to the top of their careers.

We wanted to ask Nadia Morini, Team Manager Draco since 1989, some curiosity that many people would like to ask and they do not have the opportunity, so we hope to do what pleased for our fans.

- QUESTION -
Nadia Morini, Team Manager Draco, a woman who won with her Team 7 European titles and a Cup of Nations. A woman who did of the motoring a choice of life following her drivers even when they go from Draco Team. A curiosity: Bertrand Baguette. What can you tell us about important tests carried out by your driver in this period of the season?

- NM -
Nothing! Only that we are working. as always and in our style. We of the Draco Team we are used to make programs and to work together for a project, monitoring and advising drivers through the big experience of our "boss" Adriano Morini. This is our strength. All those who are currently in the team and also all those who have passed from here, and now continuing their career, they always remain part of us and we work with passion to achieve important results with the knowledge of many years spent together and the results that everyone can lead to common cause: the success of the Driver. In many years we have always shown that if the driver has talent he has a future, and Baguette is walking on a road full of opportunities.

- QUESTION -
You are from many years in the world of motoring and as a woman you have surely sacrificed part of your private life. Do you think it is worth it?

- N.M. -
What do you think? I'm in the world since 1989 and I have all the intention to stay for a long time yet.

- QUESTION -
This is a strange job for a woman. I believe that this job involves to sacrifice a part of herself and of her femininity.

- N.M. -
Absolutely not. My femininity is in my birth, I would not be sacrificed any work I did and it is a fortune that I'm and I want to be a Woman. I hope that many women thought that. Women are Heads of State, engaged in security of the country, they have positions in every sector and therefore I do not understand why when one of us makes career in her job there should be a big sorprise as a miracle. There are not jobs for men or jobs for women, there are only people who do a good work or a bad work. The important thing is to know that there are no more worlds for men only, there is only one world where we must compare on an equal arms and the best goes on .. In the Draco Team I am myself, in my completeness of women. I do not behave as a man to have more power, you gain the power with the respect from the field.

- QUESTION -
At this point a customary question. Many Draco Drivers made a big career, coming in F.1. Despite the years, they still remember you and Mr. Adriano Morini?

- N.M. -
They can't forget us and we can't forget them! At Draco they leave the head and the heart. the "head", the teaching, the experience, the professionalism of Mr. Morini (Adriano Morini Team Owner of Draco) and the "heart", to become men conscious of the values and rights, the affection of a person who believes in them, the unconditional affection that I give them and they give me.

- QUESTION -
There is the news that there will be the Formula Master during the events of F.1 as well as the GP2. Do you think that this could create a problem to the flow of drivers of Renault WSR 3.5?

- N.M. -
I think it is important for a driver to evaluate the team who participate in the championship. I do not have to say anything because I will not be talking about things that are not my responsibility, I think the drivers know to value what is best for him, perhaps not all but surely a good part of them.

- QUESTION -
What does this mean?

- N.M. -
You can drive where you want but you must always think who is your Team and where you want to arrive. I don't know what to say more, it is not a negative response for other championships, it's just my idea. If I had to change Championship I would to Know the Team that I have to compare.

- QUESTION -
I see that the argument is not interesting for you and then we ask directly: So, we can say that with Draco it comes away?

- N.M. -
Sure! If the driver has the right quality, otherwise he remains parked even if he drives with our car. For right quality I not mean the money, which are useful but they do not buy nor brain, nor foot, nor the talent.

- QUESTION -
Good. So we await news of Baguette?

- N.M. -
I think very soon. Thanks for having interviewed, given that you cured our image it can be a good idea. Every week you could send me any questions which interesting the fans on our life, on Team. what you want and I will answer. I like to feel all closer to us.
