Draco Racing's Adriano Morini retires

After 43 years of great career in the world of Motorsport, Adriano Morini, Team Principal International Draco Racing, announced his retirement from motorsport, concluding this brilliant journey with the final race of the 2010 season of the World Series by Renault Championship in the circuit of Barcelona.

The story of Mr. Morini began in the '60s when he was a young mechanic in the circus of motor racing. Since then, Morini has had more than 90 drivers in over 400 races, earning 115 victories and 8 European Championships. The name Morini has become over the years the symbol of a great story and career, seriousness and passion, talent and success, discovering and bringing to win drivers like Pedro Lamy, Rubens Barrichello, Ricardo Zonta, Felipe Massa, Nicky Pastorelli, Augusto Farfus, Pastor Maldonado and many other important drivers become protagonists in the international motorsport, with 10 of them arrived in Formula 1.

The withdrawal of Adriano Morini is certainly a great loss for the world of Motorsport, a world that Team Principal and Talent Scout leaves with melancholy but also a lot of satisfaction, sure to have written indelibly pages in the history of international motor racing.
