Corbetta Competizioni will take to the debut the young Canedian Gianmarco Raimondo, who comes from the success of the final race of Formula BMW Americas 2009. Riccardo Cinti, third in the rookies' classification, will try and consolidate his position without hiding podium ambitions.

Gloria Pro Team is determined to close with a crescendo their first season: crucial will be an improvement in qualifying performances, in such a way to aim at points in the race.

Both races will be covered live by satellite TV Nuvolari (SKY Italy 218).

The second-last round of the Italian Formula 3 championship starts today at Vallelunga, near Rome. The title fight will be the light motif of the weekend, with five drivers contained in twenty-five points in the lead positions, a challenge that will attract more fans that are awaited on Sunday to support drivers from Lazio, Daniel Zampieri, Riccardo Cinti, Francesco Castellacci and Edoardo Liberati.

Great optimism among BVM-Target: Daniel Zampieri is at the lead of the classification with 127 points and he will fight to keep his leadership, first from his team-mate Marco Zipoli, currently second at 119 points and well determined to get the final success.

After the triumphant weekend at Imola, ambitions for the title are high for Pablo Sanchez Lopez and Alan Racing Team too. The Mexican driver, just thirteen points adrift, will aim again at the victory thanks also to the development work done on the Mygale M-09 carried on by his team mate Angelo Fabrizio Comi.

At Prema Powerteam, Daniel Campos-Hull, author of the pole position at Imola, will try hard to fill the thirteen-points gap between him and Daniel Zampieri. Francesco Castellacci, appeared to be in good shape during last week's tests and will firmly aim at the podium.

Redemption desire for the ruling champions Lucidi Motors: Sergio Campana, victim of race contacts in the latest three rounds, will necessarily have to aim at a double victory to keep himself in the title fight. Edoardo Liberati will have the third place of the rookies' classification as objective, while Francesco Prandi is waiting to counter-charge after the double zero scored at Imola.

RC Motorsport will work to continue the positive series of three consecutive events with Stephane Richelmi, who will have the aim of scoring the second seasonal victory for the team.

Team Ghinzani will be hunting for the first seasonal victory: Salvatore Cicatelli constantly got on the podium of the three latest rounds, showing that everything is in place to aim at the victory. Alessandro Cicognani will have the final objective of getting inside the top ten in the classification, crucial for him will be to score points at Vallelunga.
