A rival ends Facu Regalia's race
Facu Regalia didn't complete any lap in the first Formula BMW Europe race of the Monza weekend, after an opponent put him out in the first chicane just after the start.
The eighteen years old driver started very well from tenth and arrived in the seventh position to the first chicane, on Frinjs back, who would win the race, but Suvanto forgot to brake and hit the Spanish-Argentinean driver, who had to retired. "I started very well and won some good places. I was seventh, just behind Frinjs, who I was trying to overtaking under braking, but Suvanto just missed the braking point", said Regalia disappointed.
After the race the Eifelland Racing driver was really unhappy "because the driver that was in front of me before I retired, won the race. I think that ending in the podium today was a strong possibility. However, when there is no luck there is no luck and that was what happened with me today. Tomorrow I'll end the season and I hope to do it in the best possible way".
