Ewing will work out of Motor1.com’s Detroit-based headquarters, reporting to Editor-In-Chief John Neff. He will help oversee all online global automotive news for the Motor1.com editorial team while also cross sharing the respective content for sister company, Motorsport.com.
Motor1.com is the premiere site for car enthusiasts and car shoppers alike which covers the latest news, car reviews, buying guides, pricelists and premium videos that will span 15 editions in 11 different languages.
“We are ecstatic to have Steven join our team and look forward to leveraging his creative ideas for our global Motor1.com audience. His ability to add outstanding, unique coverage while managing the curation of original automotive stories is second to none,” said Neff.
Ewing joins Motor1.com from Verizon-owned Autoblog.com where he served as one of the site’s top editors for the past six years. He joins former Autoblog.com colleagues Neff and Seyth Miersma (Executive Editor, Motor1.com), who each recently joined Motor1.com.
“What an incredible time to join the Motor1.com team,” Ewing said. “I’m excited to flex my creative muscles and help the team succeed at being an absolute powerhouse in the automotive media industry.”
