MIAMI – (April 12, 2016) – Motor1.com, the premiere site for car enthusiasts and car shoppers alike, announced today its website has been re-engineered to deliver a more personal, stylish, and engaging experience to enthusiasts and car shoppers alike with greater personalization and a more functional design across multiple devices and languages.

The new layout, which includes big, bold design with full bleed imagery,

Built on a completely new technology infrastructure and engineered to deliver automotive content at real-time speed, the new Motor1.com will serve its audience with breaking automotive news, product reviews, powerful storytelling and world-class pictures and videos in innovative ways.

The new Motor1.com, a Motorsport Network company, will use responsive design to adjust to the user’s device and platform and is the result of a mobile-first approach that allows Motor1.com to deliver a consistent experience for automotive enthusiasts and shoppers on their smartphone, tablet or desktop.

The company’s President of Global Operations, Chris Eschenburg and Editor in Chief, John Neff, both former from Verizon-owned Autoblog, oversaw the new-look Motor1.com platform.

“Our goal was simple: Understand what matters most to the readership of Motor1.com and design an experience that is easily accessible and functional,” said John Neff, editor in chief, Motor1.com. “Whether you're researching your favorite car, getting updated breaking automotive news, or enjoying our premium high-resolution digital images and videos, we want to reflect the way we all consume our automotive news and information today.”

The new website includes the following key enhancements:

  • Improved personalization to access Motor1.com; new posts and videos about your favorite cars are just a click (or touch) away.

  • Dynamic delivery of posts on all of our pages in a constantly updating stream of cutting-edge content.

  • Simplified navigation of categories with an intuitive and relevant homepage layout.

We also wanted Motor1.com to meet the every day demands of desktop, tablet and mobile to meet the individualized needs of our users,” said Chris Eschenburg, President of Motorsport Network.

“Our in-house technology team spent an immense amount of time to develop a state-of-the-art and interactive site.
