VANCOUVER, Canada (January 18, 2012) -- Bullet Racing announced its final driver lineup in the 50th anniversary edition of the “Rolex 24 At Daytona”. This is Bullet Racing’s 5th consecutive entry into this prestigious race.

“I am pleased to announce today that we have completed our driver lineup with the addition of Kevin Roush. Kevin is one of the standout Porsche GT3 Cup drivers competing today “says Team Principal Steve Paquette. Kevin has competed 5 previous times at the Rolex 24, all of them in a Porsche GT3 Cup, with his best finish being 5th place. In another Porsche Kevin led the 2009 Rolex 24 for 106 laps up until a broken axel snatched away what was looking like a win in the GT Class.

Kevin joins Canadian Darryl O’Young, who is currently a top driver in the WTCC (World Touring Car Championship) Canadian Brett Van Blankers, a past Indy Pro Driver, and Bullet Racing team drivers Randy Blaylock and Joe White from Washington State. Randy is a very successful driver in the Pacific Northwest and most recently was the lead driver along with Joe White in Bullet Racing’s Porsche’s overall victory in the Cascade 8 hours at Portland.

It’s my 3rd year driving for Steve Paquette and Bullet Racing at the 24 hours of Daytona, and I'm feeling the most confident this year at the 50th anniversary of the race. Bullet has gained vast experience at Daytona over the years and the car and team are very well prepared. We have a solid crew and a strong driver line up that have excellent synergy working together, so we just need to stay focused on avoiding mistakes and I'm sure the results can come. I'm really looking forward to the race!" says Darryl O’Young

"This being The 50th Anniversary Rolex 24 is a huge deal for everyone in motor racing , as is apparent in the strength and depth in the field and I am stoked to be a part of Bullet's design to excel amongst many of The World's best GT programs. They started preparing our Porsche long ago and with all the pieces in place and a little luck I think we'll have a strong effort.” says Kevin Roush.

Brett Van Blanker says “It’s been a few years since I have raced IndyCar and to jump back in at this level in what probably is the most important sports car race in North America has me absolutely thrilled, the Bullet Racing Team as made me feel comfortable from the very start and I am confident that with a little luck we will be a strong team in this years race.”

"I have never seen such a high interest level before. Everything is up, the crowds at the test, the media coverage, the chatter on all of the social media. The pedigree of the entry list is unprecedented, and the feel in the garage area is just electric. The race is going to be incredible, whomever comes out on top can truly feel like they have beaten the best the world has to offer at this point in history" says Randy Blaylock

“2011 was a stellar year for me racing a Porsche GT3 Cup at numerous tracks all around North America with the support of Bullet Racing” says Joe White. “Now to be able to compete at this the 50th running of the Rolex 24 at Daytona with the team I have worked so closely all year long with is just amazing.”

“I am thrilled to be able to bring such a strong effort to the 50th Rolex 24 at Daytona and it would not be possible without the support from our partners at The Ridge Motorsports Park Our primary drive train sponsor Guard Transmission has supplied us with what I believe are the parts to succeed in this grueling race” says Steve Paquette
