Nick Ham will drive Team Sahlen's #43 Mazda with Wayne Nonnamaker

For the 2010 Sahlen's Six Hours of the Glen, Team Sahlen will be partnering team regular driver Wayne Nonnamaker with Nick Ham in the #43 Team Sahlen Mazda RX-8.

"We are very excited to have Nick on board with us for the Sahlen's Six Hours of the Glen. He has had considerable success racing the Mazda RX-8 in the GT class with SpeedSource Engineering. And we feel that pairing him with Wayne will be a very successful combination. We have been a long time sponsor of the Six Hours of the Glen, and we wanted to give the fans something special to cheer for at this year's race. Hopefully we will be mixing it up with the front runners in GT for all 6 hours." - states Joe Sahlen

Among Nick Ham's career 8 ROLEX GT victories are both the 2010 and 2008 ROLEX 24 Hours of Daytona driving a Mazda RX-8. Wayne Nonnamaker is a 2 time victor in the ROLEX GT series. He has also captured 3 GRAND-AM Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge Series Championships.

"The goal for 2010 is to assist Mazda in winning the Manufacturer's Crown. Hopefully Nick and I can pair together to be of assistance for Mazda at the Sahlen's Six Hours of the Glen." -- states Wayne Nonnamaker

Team Sahlen will also be entering the #42 Mazda RX-8 with the driver lineup of Joe Sahlen, Joe Nonnamaker and Will Nonnamaker. The last time these three drivers were in the same car, they finished 7th at the 2010 ROLEX 24 Hours of Daytona.

"Last year Joe and I finished in 10th place at the Sahlen's Six Hours of the Glen. And now with the ever reliable Mazda RX-8, we are hoping to improve a couple of spots at this year's event." -- states Will Nonnamaker
