HRPWorld.com to campaign 3 STII King Motorsports Integras.

North Canton, OH - HRPworld.com Racing utilized the Watkins Glen and Virginia Grand-Am Cup events as test sessions to shake down the #44 King Motorsports Integra. Tests proved positive, as #44 was fastest in both practice sessions at the Virginia event.

Drivers for the Mid-Ohio event will be team founder Bill Pate and Ohio native Don Velcio.

"I am really looking forward to Mid-Ohio," commented Velcio. "This is my home track, so I will have a real knowledge of how to get around. Having a driver of Bill's caliber (who has 23 professional victories) as my finisher gives me even more confidence about our chances." HRPworld.com Racing will also be entering their #41 & #42 King Motorsports Integras at Mid-Ohio. Drivers of #41 will be Wayne and Will Nonnamaker. At the mid point of the season, the brothers lead the Grand-Am Cup STII Driver Championship. #42's co-drivers Tony Nuzzo and John Wymore drove to a second place at Virginia and hope to continue that success this weekend.

"Its really cool that we have been able to give this car the #44," states Will Nonnamaker - driver of the #41 King Motorsports Integra. "Personally, that number means a lot to me. During the 80's, when I was growing up, I really admired Bob Tullius's Group 44. Their Jaguars were always the class act of the paddock. And when my dad Joe started racing his Ford Pinto back in 1972, his original number was #44. Then when our team raced back in the mid 90's, we had a Mazda that we resurrected from several crashes and made it #44. After being pulled out of the proverbial car graveyard, that Mazda then ran an entire 24 hours race and finished 2nd overall."

The Phoenix ProMotions prepared Acura Integras will take to the track for their 2 and a half hour race on Saturday, August 9th at 2:00 PM.

Further support for the HRPworld.com campaign include AcuraClub.com, AEM, Denso, Hawk Brake, Horizon Audio, Mugen Power, Red Line Oil, and TheRaceSite.com
