Zolder: Thomas Biagi race one report

Zolder (BE), 25 October 09 - Once again the Italian driver comes near to the podium in Zolder, due to the "drive through" given to the team-mate Xavier Maassen. Thomas missed the podium even if during his stint he constantly was the faster on track, net of the 45 seconds lost for that sanction.

"I admit I'm very disappointed for coming so close to the podium I wanted more than any other thing Biagi sais; if we have to look at the good half of this I can say I have given my best all the week end long, in any condition on top of the ranking. I thank Philippe Poincloix of Luc Alphand Team for trusting me, as well as Xavier Maassen. My congratulations to Bartels-Bertolini for the Title and to my friend Matteo Bobbi for the victory".
