Buddh Suzuki Gixxer: Gunawardena takes double win
Sri Lanka’s Aaron Gunawardena won both the Suzuki Gixxer Cup races in the Open category, at the Buddh International Circuit in Round 4.

In the opening race, Gunawardena passed Meka Vidhuraj - who had won three of the six races prior to this round - with just two laps to go.
With Vidhuraj unable to put on a counter challenge, Gunawardena took the chequered flag by 1.784s.
Vivian Gladwin was also a part of the fight for the lead in the first half of the race, but eventually had to settle for third and the final spot on the podium.
Vishwadev Muraleedharan, who has graduated from the Novice category, claimed fourth while the top five was completed by Prabhu V.
Kamlesh Thakur held on to sixth position by just 0.047s from Kamran Dubash, while Vivek Mani, Aman Avinash and R Rajnikanth occupied the final points-paying positions.
Gunawarde comes on top in three-way fight in Race 2
The second race of the weekend saw the same three riders challenging for victory, with the battle far close between the trio.
Gunawardena briefly lost the on the final lap, only to retake it to complete a clean sweep. Vidhuraj took the second spot, just 0.024s ahead of Gladwin, who set the fastest lap of the race on his final tour.
Thakur emerged as the best of the rest in fourth, while Muraleedharan was classified fifth.
Further back, Prabhu V and Mani finished sixth and seventh, separated by just half a second.
The top 10 was completed by Anand N, Avinash and Udipta Kumar.
