Coimbatore Euro JK: Maini eases to maiden win
Kush Maini took a lights-to-flag victory in the opening race of Euro JK Tyre Championship at Kari Motor Speedway.

Maini, who also races in Italian Formula 4, got off to a good start and remain unchallenged throughout the 14 lap race, taking the chequered flag by 2.648s.
Akhil Rabindra finished a distant second, making up five places having started from seventh, as Anindith Reddy completed the podium on his series debut.
Karting graduate Ricky Donison maintained fourth ahead of Ajay Kini and Dhruv Mohite, the latter jumping four places starting 10th.
Ananth Shanmugam was seventh while Akash Gowda was eighth, losing three places - they were last two as classified finishers.
Krishnaraaj Mahadik, who started third, and Mohammed Nalwalla were both penalised 10 seconds for a jump start.
Nalwalla was eventually disqualified from the race after his car did not reach the minimum weight limit.
Front-row starter Nayan Chatterjee endured a difficult race, retiring in the opening lap of the season-opener.
