Nalwalla led the pack at the start from pole position, with Reddy and Ananth Shanmugam closely following behind in second and third respectively.

On Lap 4, Reddy dived down the inside of Nalwalla at Turn 1, making the move stick to take over the lead.

Shanmugam followed the Hyderabad-based driver on the following corner, demoting Nalwalla to third.

Thereafter, Reddy and Shanmugam briefly battled for win, before the former managed to build a buffer to take the chequered flag.

Behind, birthday boy Nalwalla had fallen into the clutches of championship leader Nayan Chatterjee, who had carefully navigated his field to move up to fourth.

The two drivers made contact on the penultimate lap but managed to continue; Nalwalla holding on to the final spot on the podium with Chatterjee fourth.

Ajay Kini, meanwhile,  finished an impressive fifth, having started at the bottom of the pack.

Akash Gowda, who also competes in F4 SEA along with Nalwalla, was classified seventh ahead of Vento Cup runner-up Karminder Singh.

Manav Sharma and Chittesh Mandody were last of the classified finishers in ninth and tenth.

Karthik Tharani retired from the race while running in fourth place, while Ricky Donison also failed to reach the chequered flag.
