The former Indian Grand Prix venue will host the season-opener on the weekend of January 27-29, running concurrently with the Indian-international series MRF Challenge.
The Greater Noida-based track last hosted an MRF race in 2014, when it served as the title-decider of the National Racing Championship.
After BIC, the series will move to Chennai in February for the second round of the championship, again serving as a support event for MRF Challenge.
The remaining four rounds will also be held at Madras Motor Race Track, with the final scheduled from September 22-24.
MRF F1600 is the flagship category in MMSC's National Racing Championship, which also comprises of LGB 1600 and National Touring Car Championship.
The new-for-2017 Volkswagen Ameo Cup is also expected to be hosted alongside certain rounds of F1600.
