"SSC East joins list of growing supporters"

Phoenix, AZ - January 20, 2010 -- One of the three North American importers for the Rotax powerplant, SSC East, has joined the Championship Karting International program to provide support and sponsorship to the series and Rotax Mini Max class. SSC East will be present at all three Florida Cup events providing trackside sales and service to Rotax and CRG customers while their national level race team looks to take their share of more than $130,000 in cash and prizes.

"SSC East has been with the Championship Karting International program from day one," expressed CKI's Director of Operations Kevin Williams. "The inaugural Florida Cup is a big series for them as they will have a platform to showcase their products in the winter months. SSC East has a great crew and some of the best personnel in the sport, and we are happy to have them continue as a supporter in our series."

SSC East is the largest East Coast distributor of karts, engines and supplies as they import the CRG, Mojo, Maxter engines and Rotax Max product lines. Located in Massachusetts, SSC East has a partnership with F1 Outdoors kart racing series and also has an in house, full service engine repair and chassis service center. With a national level race team that travels across the country, SSC East is another strong supporter in the CKI program and will be in attendance at all Florida Cup and WSK North American series events.

"I strongly believe that the Florida Cup is going to blossom into one of the finest racing series that North America has to offer," stated SSC East's Dave Davies. "SSC East has been a supporter of the series since it's inauguration and we look to continue that with our support of the Rotax Mini Max class at the Florida Cup. SSC East will be at all series events with a fully stocked trailer for parts sales and to service customers needs throughout each and every event."

Along with trackside signage, promotional spots during the each and every event in the Florida Cup Series and a strong race team presence, SSC East will have chassis and engine packages on display and for sale at each event. Company representatives will be available to discuss future racing opportunities and rental packages for upcoming 2010 events.

Along with all series supporters, SSC East will also be participating in the new 'CKI Sponsor Product Showroom' where all series, class and event sponsors will have the opportunity to display products and services that they will be offering. Manned by CKI personnel, spectators, teams, drivers and families will be able to check out equipment and services up close and find out which companies are offering what in 2010.

The 2010 CKI Florida Cup is just around the corner and there are a limited amount of sponsorship opportunities that still exist. Anyone interested in supporting the series is asked to contact Kevin Williams via the Championship Karting International website at www.ChampionshipKartRacing.com

The Championship Karting International program and WSK North American Series will next see action with their first annual CKI Florida Cup presented by Supertune USA and DeFrancesco Racing. With the program taking place at the Homestead Karting Center just south of Miami, Florida, the Florida Cup Series will award more than $130,000.00 in cash and prizes including a brand new Mazda 3.
