It was another good night for Colby Womer, Mt. Pleasant Mills, at The Greenwood Valley Action Track in the Regular Micro Sprint 270cc Feature. Womer started in the front row and fought a tire problem to beat Jeff Furlong, Selinsgrove, by only a couple of car lengths. Following in the third spot was Brian Marriott, Harrisburg, while in the fourth place was Brian Kishbaugh, Nescopeck, and in fifth it was Ross Perchak, Hazelton. Sixth place was taken by Brayden Winters, Easton, seventh by "Hollywood" Good, Mt. Pleasant Mills, eighth by Denny Rinehimer, Bloomsburg, ninth by Chad Thomas, New Berlin, and tenth place went to Rick Tanner.

In Sportsman Micro Sprint 250cc action Brian Kishbaugh, who swept the field last week succeeded in grabbing another first place trophy. Second across the line was Chad Thomas, Third was Rick Morris, Catawissa, and in fourth place was Jim Reese, Bloomsburg. A relative new-comer to The Greenwood Valley Action Track, Larry Hoagland was fifth, Earl Hoon, Jr., Danville, was sixth, Doug Letteer, Millville, was seventh and Craig Fox, Bloomsburg, was eighth.

Jake Starr, Millville, scored his third victory in the Rookie Micro Sprint Feature for this year as he stayed ahead of Josh Blyler throughout the contest. In the third slot was Matt Bowers, in fourth Larry Sauers, fifth was Nunzi Allegrucci, Jermyn, and sixth place was won by Terry Schane, Hamlin. The final four in the top ten were Ryan Pitt, Deb Arner, Tammy Schane and Phil Weinsteiger.

Join us next Saturday at The Greenwood Valley Action Track, located 3 1/2 miles east of Millville just south of rt. 254. Gates open at 3, warm-ups at 4:30 and racing at about 5:30. See you at The Action Track.
