Phoenix, AZ - December 2, 2009 -- The fourth annual PRI/CKI Karting All-Star Classic took another giant step forward this week as the Championship Karting International series was able to confirm participation from Sharing Success Racing and Zanardi Kart USA. The Indiana based squad will enter five drivers in the karter division including inaugural karter division champion Matt Jaskol.

Zanardi Kart has begun to make a name for itself in Europe by claiming multiple high profile wins and championships overseas. United States importer Jay Vormwald hopes to continue that success on North American soil as they enter the last race in 2009 and onwards into the 2010 season. Vormwald has been at every PRI show turning wrenches for drivers at the front of the pack and helped current competitor Matt Jaskol claim the first annual All-Stars Classic Karter division victory.

"Zanardi Kart USA is welcomed to the PRI show with open arms," expressed CKI Director of Operations Kevin Williams. "The line of karts can be seen scattered throughout the USA and now with a direct man in charge, I am sure Jay will take the team to the top. Zanardi Kart has a strong lineup in the Karter division. It will be a treat to watch."

Joining Jaskol will be karters Brandon Newey, Jimmy Simpson, Lucas Barnett and open wheel up and comer Josef Newgarden. Both Newey and Simpson are regular front runners at New Castle Motorsports Park and are a threat for victory every time they get behind the wheel of a kart. Barnett is a front-runner in the Western half of the United States in several karting series. With experience gained from previous seasons, Barnett will be a force in the Karter division.

The final entrant in the Karter division will be Josef Newgarden. The talented driver will make the trek back to North America from his European racing as he competed in the 2009 British Formula Ford Championship claiming nine wins and a second place result in the series title. Newgarden also won the famed 2008 Formula Ford Festival and became the first ever American to do so all while competing in the Skip Barber national series where he scored eight pole positions, five wins and nine podiums.

Jay Vormwald of Zanardi Kart USA commented, "I am very excited to have these drivers represent Zanardi Kart USA/Sharing Success Racing and am looking forward to proving our product and creating a true foundation for Zanardi Karts in this market. This is the first expo for my company, so I am putting in every effort to make it the best. Also , I am opening a new shop in south Florida 8 miles away from Homestead-Miami Speedway so I hope this will be the beginning of good things to come in this area."
