Beche was announced as part of Rebellion's six-driver line-up for this year's World Endurance Championship last week, but will skip Le Mans with the Swiss team in order to race an ORECA 05 in the LMP2 class.
It is unknown who will take the 29-year-old's place in the Rebellion LMP1 line-up - although Daniel Abt, who raced for the team last year at the French endurance classic, is one possibility.
"Alongside my FIA WEC LMP1 program, I can align myself in ELMS, in a team I know very well and in partnership with Rebellion Racing," said Beche.
"Racing at Le Mans 24 Hours in the LMP2 class with a car capable of winning the race would be very exciting. It's a race that I dream of winning."
Beche will also contest the entire European Le Mans schedule with TDS, which placed second in the series last year with two race wins courtesy of Pierre Thiriet, Ludovic Badey and Eurasia-bound Tristan Gommendy.
The trio failed to finish the Le Mans 24 Hours last year after a collision with a GTE Pro class Aston Martin.
