The excellent performance of Riccardo Moretti and CRP Racing since the beginning of the season have opened the World Champ doors to the young rider.
Thanks to an incredibly in shape Honda and to the useful technical and tactical team's suggestions, Riccardo Moretti has conquered the first CIV (Italian Champ) race in Monza and then the second place in the third CIV race in Vallelunga.
Of course these great results helped him to obtain the Wild Card in Mugello in the World Champ 125cc class.
After few hours since the debut of Riccardo on the World Champ track riding his Honda 125 GP there is already a big excitement for CRP Racing supporters.
Among them during the Friday practice session there will be also some out standing guests: some soccer players of Modena Football Club, Nicholas Frey and Juri Tamburini, friends and supporters of CRP Racing since the 2007 season.
Last year in fact in the Racing department of CRP Technology, the Modena F.C. players had the opportunity to visit the facility and couldn't resist to try to sit on both the bikes present in the factory. The first was the 250cc Yamaha of Luca Cadalora that has immediately impressed for its compactness. It was then time to sit on Riccardo Moretti's 125cc: the guys, after an initial astonishment due to the reduced dimensions and extremely lightness of the bike, have immediately felt ease, showing a great interest in engines besides the soccer playground-- we invited them to join us on track soon, and they caught the opportunity as soon as they could!
Giampiero Testoni, CRP Racing Manager: "It's a great pleasure to have here with us Nicholas and Juri that share with us and Riccardo our commitment and passion for continuous improving!"
