Pedrosa confirmed on his blog today that he will get back his RC213V machine for the first time in two months on Friday when the free practice sessions get underway at the iconic French circuit.
Finally, I can tell you that I will be in Le Mans this weekend.

"I'm really happy to be able to catch up with you on the blog today and give you some good news. Now, finally, I can tell you that I will be in Le Mans this weekend.," wrote Pedrosa.
"The truth is that I'm really keen to get back on my motorbike, as I'm sure you can guess. It's not just about that, though. I'm also excited to get back to my team to work side by side with them again. They're a great bunch."
With the arm pump problem flaring up near the beginning of last year's championship, Pedrosa underwent surgery after the Spanish GP at Jerez. This helped for the remainder of the season and winter testing, but the problem returned during this year's season opener in Qatar.
Recovery Time
Taking the time out to recover and not getting back on his bike prematurely, Pedrosa believes all the necessary steps have been taken to ensure he returns to action in the best shape possible.
"My recovery has gone well, I think I was right to be patient and take it slowly, and to respect the time frames that I needed," he continued.
Pedrosa was also quick to praise his fans around the world for their messages of support adding: "I wanted to thank you again for the countless messages of support that you've all sent me.
"They've made the wait much easier, I can tell you that from the heart. You've always been with me. As you always remind me, I know I don't walk alone!"
