The number 27 Mopar Parts Dodge team with two time winning driver this season Andrew Ranger return to action this coming weekend at the Autodrome St. Eustache for round number six of the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series.  Ranger won earlier this year in his home province and looks for another victory on Saturday.

The Roxton Pond, Quebec native has achieved a best result of fourth on two previous occasions at the Autodrome St. Eustache which presents unique challenges to drivers.

“It’s very flat, it has a drag strip on the front straightaway, it’s a very tough track” said Ranger.  “You really have to battle for every position during the race” he added.

With his back to back victories at Circuit ICAR and Edmonton International Raceway along with his most recent result of fourth place at Auto Clearing Speedway Ranger has rocketed up the championship standings and now sits third overall.

The Dodge driver has been pleased with the team’s recent performance and leap upward in the standings.  “We had a few little mechanical problems in the first couple of races but the team is giving me a great car to drive and I’m excited to be back to race in front of the Quebec fans again” he stated.
