Charlotte Matt Kenseth notes

Matt will be driving the same Ford Taurus he competed with during the Winston Open on May 20.

Kenseth will be signing autographs at the University Home Depot on Friday, May 26 along with several top Busch Drivers. The drivers will be signing from 7-8 PM.

Matt has led 173 laps and grabbed four top ten finishes in his last four Busch Series races at LMS. Kenseth will run in the Busch Series this weekend at Charlotte and next weekend at Dover and then take a break from the series due to the divisions running on different tracks most of the summer. Matt will return to his Busch car at Michigan Speedway in August.

Matt Kenseth's Thoughts on Charlotte

"Lowe's Motor Speedway is one of my favorite tracks. We've done pretty well there the last few years in the Busch Car but struggled a bit in our Winston Cup effort last fall. It's the longest race of the year, so that will make it challenging. The team's goals are the same each week and will remain the same for Charlotte. We want to qualify in the first round and finish with a top fifteen. We've been pretty consistent with our finishes all year and I hope that continues this weekend."
