Greg Biffle and Matt Kenseth finished first and second, respectively, in the first practice session today and were both in the top 10 during Happy Hour as well. Each driver spoke about their prospects for tomorrow's race after the day was over.

GREG BIFFLE - No. 16 3M Ford Fusion

"It's really good. We're pretty happy with the car. I wouldn't say we're as good as we'd like to be, but I think we're pretty good. The track is just real slick and hot right now, so I think a lot of guys are sliding around, but we'll look at the lap tracker and see where we stack up, but I think we're pretty decent. The car has good drive-ability, and I think we'll be good around other cars."

YOU SAID YESTERDAY THAT THIS WEEKEND WAS FEELING A LOT LIKE LAST WEEKEND. DO YOU STILL FEEL THAT WAY? "Yeah. I think we have a good car and if everything goes right, I think we have a good enough car to win."

MATT KENSETH - No. 17 Crown Royal Ford Fusion

DOES THE SLICKNESS OF THE TRACK TODAY DURING PRACTICE HELP YOU LEARN FOR TOMORROW'S RACE BECAUSE IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE VERY HOT? "During every practice you hope it will help you learn something that will help you for the race, and I think the conditions will be similar. That's one of the things you can usually count on when it's a day race here versus a night race like it was last fall, so it should be similar to what we just ran."

YOU WERE IN THE TOP 10 IN BOTH SESSIONS SO DO YOU FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE A GOOD SHOT AT WINNING TOMORROW? "I wasn't really happy in practice. We'd run one lap fast and then fade real fast, so we've got some work to do to figure out. Four hundred miles is still a long race, so we'll do our best and hopefully get a good finish."
