Haas CNC Racing Inks "Sweet" Deal
America's Fastest Growing BBQ Sauce, Sweet Baby Ray's ®, Joins America's
Fastest Growing Sport
Davidson, N.C. (April 4, 2007) -- Haas CNC Racing has announced a sponsorship agreement with Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce. Sweet Baby Ray's ® will be an associate sponsor on the No. 66 Monte Carlo driven by Jeff Green for the NASCAR Nextel Cup event at the 1.5-mile Texas Motor Speedway on April 15th. Sweet Baby Ray's will also serve as the primary sponsor on the No.08 Silverado driven by Blake Bjorklund in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series event on June 8th.
"Everyone at Sweet Baby Ray's ® could not be more excited about our alignment with Haas CNC for the events in Texas. We are very excited about NASCAR and the state of Texas" replied Sweet Baby Ray's ® spokesman Tim Cahalane. "With the amount of barbecuing and grilling that will take place at the track this is a ready-made market for us."
"Jeff Green and Blake Bjorklund are two drivers who we know can get the job done on the track and will represent Sweet Baby Ray's® very well. Being the fastest growing barbeque sauce in the country, we are excited to be a part of America's fastest growing sport."
The Texas Motor Speedwy events were hand-picked because of the love for barbecue that exists in the Lone Star State.
"This obviously fits like a glove," said Haas CNC spokesman Carl Cline. "Texas and barbecue just go together. A good run by Jeff and Blake, who knows, maybe we'll have a barbeque right there in Victory Lane."
