"We had a top-five car that finished 15th today. I'm pretty upset right now, so I better not say too much. The car was tight at the beginning and we got real lucky. Jeff Gordon was about to lap us and then the caution came out. It kept us on the lead lap, and then Tommy Baldwin (crew chief) went to work. We made so many changes to the car during the first three pit stops, and it made the car real good. We got blocked in on a splash-and-go pit stop, so we ended up coming in and not even stopping. Then we got spun out, so that's the way it goes."

"We didn't run very good today. We got run into a few times today, but that doesn't happen if you're driving away from them, and we didn't do that today."

"We cut a tire down early. We thought we had a pretty good car when the race started. We brought out a caution, came in and got the car fixed. We kept running and running, and the car got tighter and tighter. I don't know if we had a slow leak and just pulled the tire off or what. I hate it for all the guys on the Coors Light Dodge team. We either run good or bad here at New Hampshire. I either run good or terrible, but it was a terrible day today. It's really, really hard to pass here. They made another groove it seems like, but you can't get any bite off the corner. It's just a tough place to pass. You can get up under somebody, but it's hard to complete the pass. It's still real hard to pass here, but I guess we don't have to worry too much about that now."

JAMIE McMURRAY (No. 42 Havoline Dodge Intrepid)

"It hurt my lower back a little bit, but it looked worse on TV than it really was. I hit the wall at Vegas earlier this year, and it wasn't anything like that. I really don't know what happened. I thought I had a flat tire. I radioed in the lap before that I had a left front flat. We were just going to ride it out. I about wrecked in turn three and then I got to turn one and did wreck. The tire still had air in it, so it was just one of those deals. I ran so high in turns three and four and got so much buildup on my tires. I was just trying to get it off before I got down into turn one. That was a problem. It was a pretty hard hit, but it looked worse than it felt like. It's so hard to pass here. We ran 30th almost all day long. We missed the setup pretty big today. We adjusted on it and once we got up front the car was pretty good once we got in clean air. I feel like we could have put it together. It could have worked out with pit strategy in our favor."
