The following are facts and figures regarding the cars Pontiac teams will be running this weekend during the NASCAR Winston Cup event at Michigan Speedway.

10

This chassis last appeared in victory lane at California Speedway when Johnny Benson captured a win in the Winston West race in late April. Its only Winston Cup attempt this year came at Atlanta where the team failed to qualify in the final race based on 1999 points.

14

A.J. Foyt Racing continues its "new and improved" theme this weekend with the chassis it last campaigned at California. Crew chief Philippe Lopez stripped the body off after that race and replaced it with a much more competitive skin that should help the team's effort this weekend at Michigan.

18 In seven starts in this chassis, Bobby Labonte owns an average finishing position of 1.7, comprised of two wins (Michigan, 8/99; Atlanta, 11/99) and five seconds. Its last appearance came two weeks ago at Lowe's Motor Speedway where Labonte posted a runner-up finish in the Coca-Cola 600.

20

Tony Stewart will look for his fifth career win this weekend here at Michigan where he posted a ninth and a third in two trips last year. Stewart will run the chassis the carried him to a 14th earlier this year at Texas and a ninth two weeks ago in the Coca-Cola 600.

22

Ward Burton grabbed his second career win with this chassis in impressive fashion back in March at Darlington Raceway, and then followed that up with a third at Bristol and a sixth at California. This chassis has a total of seven career starts, and has never finished outside the top 10.

27

Rookie Mike Bliss is looking to improve on his best 2000 finish of 24th, which he posted at Talladega in April. He'll try it this weekend with a brand new chassis underneath the Viagra Pontiac.

36

Ken Schrader had to settle for a 37th place finish the last time out in this chassis after crashing in the Coca-Cola 600. His other start with this chassis resulted in a 23rd place finish at Atlanta.

43

John Andretti continues to nurse a broken rib, but is expected to go the distance this weekend with the chassis he and relief driver Tim Fedewa drove to a 31st place finish in the Coca-Cola 600.

44

This chassis has one start on it in 2000, which resulted in a 26th place finish for driver Kyle Petty back in April at California Speedway.

93

This chassis debuted here at Michigan last year with driver Dave Blaney, and will now look for its sixth career assignment this weekend. Blaney's best career finish (20th) came with this chassis earlier this season at Atlanta.
