Swears, screams and feuds: NASCAR's best soundbites

NASCAR Soundbites at their best.

NASCAR drivers have the tendency to come unglued from time to time. Commentators slip up their lines, and anyone being interviewed has a possibility at dropping a cuss.

Some drivers are dry, some drivers are funny.

But with 43 drivers on the track each week gunning for that same checkered flag you can bet there are hours of incredible soundbites from NASCAR's past.

I stumbled upon a 26 video series called NASCAR Quotes: What did you say? recently and had to share it. It contains everything from Tony Stewart bombarding the media with hilarious insults to Boris Said talking about getting Greg Biffle's phone number so her can go kick is...well you know.

Even hidden in these short 3-6 minute videos is Jeff Burton talking to television cameras after having Kyle Busch cut a tire down on his car at Charlotte. It has to be the funniest interview ever...as Jeff Burton seems more like a politician than an angry race car driver. Here is the transcript of that one:

"Kyle (Busch) made it 3-wide on the restart, trying to make something happen, and I can’t blame him for that. But the least he can do is stay off of me, (he) cut the left rear tire. I like racing with Kyle, I really do, I enjoy it, but when he gets overaggressive and I pay the price for it I am not going to tolerate it. I am just not going to put up with it. I don’t mind racing with him, I don’t mind him being aggressive. I am not going to be the victim of his aggressiveness, I am just not going to put up with it," Burton said.

He continued after another short question from the interviewer.

"First he said he didnt hit me, then he said he got put there, then he said he had to go…he didnt mean to do it, ok? And he was trying to defend himself but what he was saying wasn’t making no sense, but that’s ok, because he was upset because I was yelling at him. He didnt mean to do it but you know he is real aggressive and I don’t mind that but like I said when it effects me, I got a problem."

So instead of reading it here, why don't you watch them. Below is No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 and the rest of the series is linked below.

Enjoy.
