T.J. Bell, driver of the No. 50 Heathcliff's Cat Litter Ford F-150 returns to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway for Saturday night's NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race. Bell is from Sparks, Nevada, and talks about returning to his home track.

PRACTICE WAS CONDENSED TODAY BECAUSE OF THE RAIN, HOW DID YOUR SESSION GO? "During practice we were really good in our race trim. While we were making our qualifying run, someone pulled out in front of us, so that doesn't really show what we can do in qualifying trim. I really think we'll qualify in the top-10. We had a shake-up at the shop and we're really motivated and I'm really motivated. We'll go out there are run in the top-10 and that's what we need to do. Our F-150 came off the truck really, really good and we made a lot of changes and I think we made it a lot better. Then in practice, we were running older tires and they were running race speeds. I'm really looking forward to it. I'm glad to be back in Nevada. I'm not from Vegas, but I'm glad to be back in the desert."

TALK ABOUT RACING AT HOME TRACK "I guess you could say this is my home track. I'm glad to be back in the desert and see the neon lights, gambling and all the stuff I grew up with. I want to come out here and run good. I'd like to run in the top-10 and bring the truck back in one piece and go on to the next one."

THE 99 AND 50 CREWS RECENT SWITCHED, TALK ABOUT WORKING WITH A NEW CREW "These new guys; they're great. Matt [Puccia, crew chief] and those guys were awesome. John [Quinn, crew chief] and everybody here on this team, they're really motivated. This is a change for them as well and I really needed to make them that we could run really well at these last couple of races. We really are going to work hard and run good every weekend. We all feel like we've got something to prove, so that's what we are going to do."

HOW HAS YOUR LUCK BEEN AT THE CASINOS? "I've been donating. I'm helping keep Nevada green. I haven't lost, let's just say I'm about even."

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE ASPECT OF VEGAS? "The race track. Anytime I'm at the race track, I'm happy. It doesn't matter what track, but it's nice to be near home. As long as I'm racing, we're okay."
