MOORESVILLE, NC--Bill Henderson will be the crew chief for the No. 12 Chevrolet Monte Carlo starting this weekend at the Milwaukee Mile. The car is fielded by FitzBradshaw Racing and driven by Kerry Earnhardt. This will be Henderson's first crew chief position. Regular crew chief Bob Temple, along with the regular No. 12 crew, will move to FitzBradshaw's newest car, the No. 14 Navy Chevrolet, driven by Casey Atwood. Sean Haggerty will be the car chief for the No. 12 machine. This will be his first car chief position.

Henderson comes from Chip Ganassi Racing, where he has served as car chief for the No. 01 Dodge. Haggerty is from Hendrick Motorsports where he was a mechanic, front tire changer, and engine tuner.

"I'm excited about the change," Earnhardt said. "Bob and the guys had a great finish with Casey (Atwood) last week and I'm hopeful that this new change will help the results on the No. 12 side of things. I think this could be just what we need."

Earnhardt will have a new crew chief and car chief along with a whole new crew, aside from front tire changer Scott Warchol.

"Bill and Shawn are great additions to the team," FitzBradshaw owner Armando Fitz said. "They both come from great, successful teams and hopefully their experience will help this team become more successful."

"I'm excited about this opportunity," Henderson said. "Everyone at FitzBradshaw has been great to work with and Kerry and I have been working hard the last couple of weeks to start getting his cars where we want them. I'm ready to go to Milwaukee and see what we can do."

FitzBradshaw Racing is owned by NASCAR veteran Armando Fitz and Pro Football Hall of Fame member and FOX broadcaster Terry Bradshaw. The team fields three cars in the NASCAR Busch Series: the No. 12 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, sponsored by Supercuts and Hot Tamales; the No. 14 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, sponsored by the Navy; and the No. 82 car sponsored by Jani-King. The team also fields the No. 83 Winston Cup Series car for select races.
