It was another frustrating weekend with the rain, and the lack of practice, we had little time to set the car up. We started the race 28th with provisional points and we never found a good balance.

The car struggled through the corners so I did what I could do to stay out of trouble. On the 109 the lap I was hit from behind from Bobby Hamilton Jr. and sent into the wall at 170 mph. the car was destroyed. I was ok!

We head to Darlington on Wednesday to practice for our next race there the following weekend. We start with our new Yates motors at Darlington. We hope to have a more positive weekend.

UPDATE: March 5, 2003

Chris Bingham and JRR had a very successful test today at Darlington, we went there with our car we ran the Rock with. We had a very good setup to start with, and ran very competitive times. We really feel with our new Yates motor we will have a strong run at Darlington next weekend.
