Keselowski Starts Third at Auto Club Speedway
FONTANA, Calif. (October 9, 2010) - Brad Keselowski, driver of the No. 22 America's Tire Dodge Charger, led the Penske Nationwide Series drivers with a third-place qualifying effort for the CampingWorld.com 300 at Auto Club Speedway. Keselowski was the sixth qualifier at the two-mile speedway. He posted a time of 39.753 seconds, at a speed of 181.118 mph, capturing a third-place starting position for the No. 22 team.
"It was an awesome run in our America's Tire Dodge Charger", said Keselowski. "I'm proud of everyone on this team who helps in giving me a fast race car. It's early in the morning (laughs). It's hard to get your eyes open this early in the morning and drive fast. A solid lap for us that's for sure. This is a place that I've struggled at in qualifying and to run a lap like we did is really good."
Penske Racing teammate Justin Allgaier will start from the 11th spot on the starting grid.
