Brennan Newberry will have his Nationwide Series coming out party at New Hampshire Motor Speedway this weekend.
Newberry, 24, will drive the No. 55 Qore-24 Chevy for NTS Motorsports with crew chief Jason Miller calling the Sta-Green 200.
"It is every race car drivers dream to keep moving up the NASCAR ladder as professionals,” Newberry said. “I'm definitely one of those drivers who gets to conquer another goal and dream. I am at a loss for words as to how excited I am about making my first Nationwide start this weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.
"It was a big last minute offer but an offer that I am pleased to take. I must thank Jamie Dick and his entire team for giving me this chance. It is one that I will forever be grateful for."
The Bakersfield, Calif.-native competes full-time on the K&N Pro Series where he is currently 12th in the point standings. He will race in Friday’s Granite State 100 on the East tour prior to Saturday’s NNS race.
Newberry has 25 starts in the Camping World Truck Series. His best finish came at Pocono where he won the pole and finished 10th in 2013. Newberry maintains an average finish of sixth in the ARCA Series with a combined five starts in 2012 and 2013.
