Richmond: Hermie Sadler preview

* Hermie Sadler will make his NNS debut with RAB Racing in this weekend's Bubba Burger 250 at Richmond.

* Sadler celebrated his 41st birthday on Saturday, April 24th.

* "The BluePrint" Matt Morgan, TNA World Tag Team Champion, will join Hermie Sadler and RAB Racing as an "Honorary Crew Member" at Richmond International Raceway this weekend.

Welcome Home: Hermie Sadler, an Emporia, VA native will take to the track in his home state by piloting the No. 09 TNA Wrestling Ford Fusion in the Bubba Burger 250 at Richmond International Raceway. Sadler, a former NASCAR Nationwide Series driver and 1993 Raybestos Rookie of the Year, will make his first start in the series since 2004. Sadler still resides in his hometown of Emporia, VA.

Hermie's NASCAR Nationwide Series Stats: Hermie Sadler has 256 starts over 12 years in the NASCAR Nationwide Series including three poles, two wins, 18 top-5 and 44 top-10 finishes. Sadler has also led 674 laps and completed 48,295.3-miles of racing in the series.

The Richmond Report: Sadler has 26 starts at Richmond International Raceway across NASCAR's top-3 touring divisions including 19 in the NASCAR Nationwide Series. In those 19 starts, the 41-year-old driver has two top-5, three top-10 and seven top-15 finishes.

Late Model Racing For Charity: On Thursday night, April 29, Hermie Sadler will participate in Denny Hamlin's Annual Short Track Showdown at Southside Speedway to benefit the Denny Hamlin Foundation. Tony Stewart, Kyle Busch, Kevin Harvick, Elliott Sadler, Bobby Labonte, Aric Almirola, Joey Logano and Marcos Ambrose are among the other drivers participating. The annual event features a 250-lap Late Model Showdown. Racing starts at 7:30 p.m. Hermie will make a live appearance on NASCAR Race Hub from the event.

Points Check: A top-20 effort at Talladega Superspeedway by Patrick Sheltra, who made his NNS debut at the 2.66-mile superspeedway, catapulted the No. 09 Ford Fusion two positions in the 2010 NASCAR Nationwide Series owner point standings. The sophomore team currently sits 21st in points, a mere 70 markers outside the top-15.

Hometown Hokie: RAB Racing's Engineer, Jacob Morrison is a "Hokie" from Mechanicsville, VA. The 25-year-old is a 2006 graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has been working with RAB Racing since 2007. Morrison currently resides in Mooresville, NC.
